How do I get prepared? You just need to come in and we will provide you gloves, special slippers for your feet and a robe to cover up before you go into the chamber
or you can bring your own.
What do I wear inside the chamber? First we ask you remove or cover any piercings you may have below the neck. Once in the chamber and the door is closed you
will be asked to remove your robe. Men and women need to wear underwear and female need to wear a sports bra without
any metal clasps.
How long will I be in the chamber? You will be in the chamber for 3 minutes with your gloves and slippers. Depending on the temperature chosen you will be in
temperatures ranging from -160 to -200 degrees Fahrenheit. The chamber can go as low as -220 F.
How long is my first visit going to take? If you filled out your online intake form, it will take about 15-20 minutes. After that it will be about 10 minutes.
How much does it cost? Costs vary depending if you choose to do only one session or you choose to do a package plan. On average you can expect between $35 to
$40 per session.
